One of ARBEGUI's specialties is special rail transport. Over the years, we've seen authorities become increasingly restrictive regarding weight when granting traffic permits. Railway track structures are much better equipped to support large weights.
ARBEGUI owns its own railway wagons with a maximum capacity of 500 tons for combined road-rail transport, essential when the weight of the parts is too high for complete road transport.
We have been carrying out Special Rail Transport since the 1960s, which is why we have enormous experience in this type of transport. Among the most frequently transported parts in our railway wagons are Transformers, Gas Turbines, Generators, etc., the latter two for almost all of the Combined Cycle Power Plants built in Spain and Portugal.
